Oven Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer, cut up (2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb.)
1/2 c. biscuit mix
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
bottled barbecue sauce
1/4 c. margarine
Preparation

Mix flour, salt and paprika.
Shake each chicken piece in flour mixture to coat.
Line 9 x 13-inch pan with aluminum foil for fuss-free clean up.
Melt margarine in pan.
Place chicken pieces in melted margarine, turning to coat.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Turn chicken and cover with barbecue sauce and continue baking for 30 minutes.
Serve chicken and throw away the foil. Serves 4.
