Almond Ham Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. minced onions
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. hot sauce
1 Tbsp. toasted finely chopped almonds
1 (12 oz.) pkg. boiled, thin sliced ham
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except ham, stirring until blended. Spread 1 tablespoon of mixture on each slice of ham; roll up jellyroll fashion.
Wrap in plastic wrap.
Freeze up to one month. Thaw at room temperature for 1 hour before serving.
Cut rolls into 3/4-inch slices.
Yields 5 dozen.
