Crock-Pot Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut into 3 x 3-inch pieces
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    1 can whole tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    salt/pepper
Preparation
    Add steak, green pepper, onion, tomatoes, sauce and water to crock-pot.
    Add salt/pepper to taste.
    Cook on high 8 to 10 hours, until steak is very tender.
    Excellent served over white rice. Serves 4 to 6.
