Chicken Piccata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts, halved and skinned
    1/4 c. unsifted flour
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice (concentrated)
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Beat egg with 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
    Combine flour, garlic powder and paprika.
    Dip chicken into egg mixture, then into flour mixture.
    In a skillet, brown chicken in butter or margarine. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water.
    Add bouillon broth and the 2 remaining tablespoons of lemon juice to skillet.
    Cover skillet and simmer 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
    Serves 4.
