Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes, cooked and grated
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can creamed chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. cornflakes, crumbled
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Put potatoes in a greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
Mix soup, sour cream and cheese.
Pour over potatoes. Cover top with cornflake crumbs.
Pat with butter or margarine and bake immediately to avoid cornflakes getting soggy.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and brown.
