Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli spears
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. cubed ham
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook the broccoli and drain. Arrange in an 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with half the cheese.
    Top with ham.
    Season with pepper and spoon on rice.
    Prepare white sauce by melting margarine in saucepan over low heat. Stir in flour. Add milk and blend. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice. Gently fold in sour cream.
    Pour over ham. Sprinkle on remaining cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Makes 6 servings.
