Lima Bean And Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 (2 oz.) small jar chopped pimento
2 c. (1 pkg.) frozen or fresh lima beans
2 c. whole kernel corn
1/2 c. green onion tops
2 c. dry bread crumbs
3 to 4 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add flour.
Remove from heat and add milk.
Stir well.
Return to heat and heat until thick.
Mix remaining ingredients into the sauce mixture.
Top with 2 cups bread crumbs and drizzle with 3 to 4 tablespoons melted butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
