Tofu Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 to 12 oz. tofu, well pressed and drained
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 onion, minced
1/4 to 1/3 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 to 3 tsp. dried parsley
Preparation

Using hands, squash mixture to blend thoroughly and shape into 1-inch balls.
Set aside on plate.
Fry balls in oil, turning until browned on all sides.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
Can be baked instead of frying to cook.
