Crock-Pot Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bottom round or Swiss steak
salt and pepper
flour
oil
1 c. tomato puree
2 onions, sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 carrot, diced
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 c. cornstarch dissolved in water
Preparation
-
Dredge meat in flour.
Brown in oil.
Put meat and rest of ingredients in crock-pot.
Cook on low all day.
