Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream or mushroom soup
    4 Tbsp. onion
    1 c. diced celery
    1 small can pimento
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. rice
Preparation
    Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix rice with undiluted soups, green pepper, onion, celery and pimento.
    Mix in bowl; then pour into pan.
    Place chicken on top and dab with butter, salt and pepper. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
