Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. squash, cooked 30 minutes
1 medium bell pepper
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese (medium sharp)
2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook squash.
Save half of bread crumbs.
Beat all other ingredients together with electric mixer.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Sprinkle saved bread crumbs on top.
Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes.
