Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked yellow squash
    1 c. sharp cheese, diced
    3 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. milk, scalded
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except milk and butter.
    Scald milk and butter together and stir into mixture.
    Pour into greased 6 x 12-inch baking dish and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8.
