Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 (No. 2) can pineapple juice
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
Preparation

Cook eggs, sugar and juice until it thickens.
Stir in Jell-O and dissolve and let cool.
Whip one can Carnation milk and fold into mixture.
Put in graham cracker crusts.
