Cobb Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chicken breast halves, cooked and cut up
6 c. finely shredded lettuce
1/4 c. crumbled Blue cheese
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 green onions (with tops), sliced
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 avocado, peeled and sliced
Lemon Vinaigrette (recipe follows)
Preparation

Divide lettuce among 4 plates.
Arrange chicken and remaining ingredients, except Vinaigrette, in rows over lettuce.
Serve with Lemon Vinaigrette.
