Japanese Mock Sukiyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef, pork or chicken
    1 can broth or bouillon cube
    1 1/2 c. sliced celery
    1 medium green pepper, sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 can mushrooms
    1/2 c. green onion tops
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Brown meat in 2 tablespoons oil.
    Add broth, vegetables and sauce.
    Cover
    and\tsimmer\t10
    minutes.
    Combine
    1/4 cup water and cornstarch.
    Stir in sauce and serve over rice.
