Linda'S Refrigerator Hot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large cans tomatoes
    2 medium onions, chopped very fine (use food processor if you have one)
    8 Serrano peppers, chopped very fine
    1/2 (14 oz.) jar Clemente Jacque jalapenos, chopped very fine
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. Lawry's seasoning salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar (optional; will help sauce last longer. I don't use)
Preparation
    Drain all but 1 can of the tomatoes.
    Put in blender, one can at a time.
    Be careful not to blend too long.
    Just process until tomatoes are fine cut/not mushy.
    Pour into large bowl.
    Add the onions to the tomato mixture.
    Add the Serrano peppers to the tomato mixture (will find these in produce section).
    Add the jalapenos to the mixture.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Stir all until well mixed.
    Spoon into containers, 7 to 8 pint jars.
    Must refrigerate.
    This is not a \"canned\" recipe.
