Creamy Fettuccine With Smoked Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. white fettuccine
    8 oz. spinach fettuccine
    2 c. heavy cream
    1/2 lb. smoked salmon
    2 Tbsp. snipped fresh dill tops
    salt
    freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Cook pasta as directed on package.
    In medium skillet, bring cream to a boil, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes. Cut salmon into 2-inch strips. Add to cream. Stir in dill. Drain pasta. Return to pan.
    Pour cream mixture over pasta. Toss well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Serves 4.
