Holiday Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    3/4 c. grated Kraft American cheese
    1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 small can pimento, cut fine
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Boil for 3 minutes pineapple, sugar and lemon juice.
    Set aside to cool.
    Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water.
    Cool until it starts to set.
    Add first mixture, then add cheese, pepper and pimento.
    Whip whipping cream and fold into mixture just as it begins to congeal.
    Let set.
