Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/3 c. Crisco
    9 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla or juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Cream sugar and Crisco until light and creamy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating constantly.
    Add flour and salt and mix well. Add vanilla.
    Bake in tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
