Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 medium zucchini
2 Tbsp. butter
2 medium onions
4 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. dill
3 Tbsp. quick cooking farina
Preparation

Chop onions and brown until golden in butter.
Cut zucchini in chunks and stir into onions.
In another pot, boil broth.
Add broth to onions and zucchini. Add vinegar and dill to zucchini broth and bring to a boil.
Sprinkle in farina and lower heat. Simmer 20 minutes, covered.
Add a little water if too thick.
Put soup in blender and mix until creamy.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot.
