Chinese Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil (optional)
    3 Tbsp. Marukan rice vinegar
    1/4 c. salad oil
    2 to 3 boneless chicken breasts, boiled
    1 head lettuce
    Maifun or Be Hon noodles
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients together and set aside.
    Fry noodles in hot oil (only takes seconds) a little at a time (noodles will puff up).
    Cut up chicken in thin strips.
    Cut up lettuce in strips.
    Mix chicken and lettuce well.
    Pour mixture over all and mix.
