Raisin Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    4 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    3/4 c. pecans, chopped
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. raisins
    1 (10-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
    Blend in milk, spices, vinegar, nuts, and vanilla.
    Boil raisins in enough water to cover them for approximately 5 minutes.
    Drain and add to pie mixture.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until pie is firm.
    Top with whipped cream, if desired.
