Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    sharp grated cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Using a 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole, alternate layers of sliced potatoes and onion until desired amount.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add mushroom soup and milk.
    Top with cheese and cracker crumbs.
    Bake for approximately 1 hour.
    This is a quick and delicious dish to serve with any meat.
    Usually served with meat loaf or steak.
