Creamy Peach Pie(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    1 c. sugar-free vanilla ice cream
    1 (8 oz.) box lite whipped topping
    2/3 c. boiling water
    1 c. diced fresh peaches
    6 pkg. Equal
    1 deep dish pie shell
Preparation
    In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in ice cream until melted.
    Add whipped topping and mix well. Fold in peaches. Pour in pastry shell. Chill until firm.
