Quick Swiss Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
2 eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tomato, sliced
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Press rolls into 12-inch pizza pan or 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Brown meat and onion; drain.
Mix in oregano and spread over crust.
Beat cottage cheese, eggs and seasonings.
Spoon over meat.
Top with green pepper, tomato and cheese.
Bake at 370\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
