Spring Garden Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. celery, cut into small pieces
1 can white Shoe Peg corn, drained
1 small cauliflower, cut into small pieces
1/2 c. carrots, shredded
1 can green beans (French-style), drained and cut into small pieces
1 can small green peas, drained
1/2 c. onion, diced
2 oz. jar pimentos
1 green pepper, diced (optional)
Preparation

You can add any other veggies you choose.
The secret is to keep the pieces small.
