Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No.1) can salmon (2 c.)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation

Drain, flake and remove bones and skin from salmon.
Combine all except parsley and pecans.
Chill several hours.
Roll into roll.
Mix parsley and nuts and roll salmon in mix.
Chill well. Serve with favorite crackers.
