2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
pinch of salt
6 to 8 large peaches, peeled and sliced thin (about 5 c.)
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, cut in pieces
