Carolina Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    pinch of salt
    6 to 8 large peaches, peeled and sliced thin (about 5 c.)
    1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, cut in pieces
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    You will need pastry for 9-inch double crust.
