German Rolls(Zwiebacks) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 qt. warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    7 c. flour
    1 c. bacon grease
    2 c. warm milk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add sugar.
    Mix . Let come to top, then add to flour, bacon grease and warm milk.
    Stir up good. Add flour and knead to stiffness.
    Let rise to top.
    Put on greased cookie sheet.
    Squeeze off lump of dough, putting one on top of another.
    Space 1-inch apart.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes until brown.
