Pumpkin Pie Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 cans pumpkin or 4 c.
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger, allspice or cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
3 c. evaporated milk

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into two 8 x 11-inch pans.
