Flounder Amandine(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. sliced almonds
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 (8 oz.) flounder fillets
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Place almonds and butter in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Microwave at High 6 minutes or until almonds are lightly toasted. (Stir at 2 minute intervals).
    Stir in lemon juice.
    Place fillets over almonds and cover tightly with heavy-duty plastic wrap; fold back a small corner of wrap to allow steam to escape.
    Microwave on High 6 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, giving dish a half-turn after 4 minutes.
