Baked Cornish Hens - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 Cornish hens or as many as you have people
salt and pepper
3/4 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. Kitchen Bouquet
1 (8 oz.) jar orange marmalade
8 medium whole onions
Preparation

Clean and dry hens.
Season inside and out with salt and pepper.
Refrigerate overnight.
