1 c. wine vinegar
1/3 c. water
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 c. salad oil
1/4 c. chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic, crushed in a garlic press or minced
1 Tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. thyme, crushed
1 tsp. oregano, crushed
2 lb. large shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
3 small onions, sliced
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
2 ripe avocados, peeled and sliced
