Oriental Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 8 pork chops (depending on size)
1 1/2 bell peppers, cut in strips
1 medium large onion, sliced
1/4 c. + 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Tony Chachere seasoning
flour for dusting
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil or olive oil
Preparation

Sprinkle chops with Tony Chachere seasoning and dust lightly with flour.
Brown in oil in skillet with tight fitting lid. Cover chops with peppers and onions and pour soy sauce over all. Cover tightly and reduce heat.
Cook for about 25 minutes, turning once.
