Watergate Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 or 20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) instant pistachio pudding
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. miniature marshmallows, cut fine
    1 large carton Cool Whip
    10 to 12 maraschino cherries, cut fine
Preparation
    Add nuts and marshmallows to pineapple.
    Stir in pudding. Fold in Cool Whip and cherries.
    Chill and serve.
