Soul Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. spareribs, cut into serving pieces
    6 oz. can frozen orange juice, thawed and undiluted
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. grated onion
Preparation
    Place ribs in large kettle.
    Cover with water and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
    Drain and refrigerate until ready to grill.
    Mix all other ingredients. Place ribs on grill, setting 6 to 8-inches from heat.
    Cook for 15 minutes; turn and brush with sauce.
    Cook 15 to 30 minutes longer, turning and basting frequently.
