Marshmallow Crisp Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (19 oz. to 21-1/2 oz.) fudge brownie mix (Pillsbury)
1 (10-1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
1-1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 Tbsp. butter
1-1/2 c. crisp rice cereal
Preparation

Prepare brownie mix as directed in 13 x 9 inch greased baking dish. Sprinkle baked brownies with marshmallows and return to oven for 3 - 5 minutes or until melted and golden. Cool on wire rack. In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter over medium heat, stirring constantly until chips are melted. Remove from heat and stir in cereal. Spoon and spread evenly over marshmallows.
