Mini Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
    3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (21 oz.) can pie filling (cherry, blueberry, etc.)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Mix together crumbs, sugar and margarine.
    Press equal portions into paper lined muffin cups. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
    Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth.
    Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Spoon equal amounts of mixture (about 3 tablespoons) into prepared cups.
    Bake for 20 minutes or until set; cool.
    Chill.
    Top with filling.
