Spring Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. ground pork
    1/2 c. cooked shrimp, chopped
    1/2 c. crab meat, boiled
    1 c. bean sprouts
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped celery leaves
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. jelly noodles (a kind of transparent vermicelli made of mung bean)
    1/2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    6 dried black mushrooms, chopped
    1 Tbsp. nampla (fish sauce)
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 eggs, slightly beaten, fried and chopped
    1 egg yolk
    2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat vegetable oil in frying pan.
    Add chopped garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
    Put in ground pork, shrimp, crab meat, bean sprouts, eggs, green onion, celery, black mushrooms and jelly noodles.
    Fry for 5 minutes.
    Add soy sauce, nampla, salt and pepper
