Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
    6 oz. chopped pecans
    1/4 lb. oleo
    7 oz. Eagle Brand milk
    6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix cake as on package.
    Bake half the mix in greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
