Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cake or all-purpose flour
    3 c. sugar
    3 sticks butter
    5 eggs
    1/2 t, salt added to flour
    1 T. vanilla
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy, add eggs one at time.
    Alternate flour and milk blending well after addition ending with vanilla.
    Cook in greased and floured tube pan at 300 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Great with strawberries and whipped cream.
