Vegetable Casserole No. 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All mixed vegetables (drained)
    1 can water chestnuts (drained)
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. sharp cheese (grated)
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine
    vegetables,
    cheese, mayonnaise, onion, celery and water
    chestnuts.
    Pour
    into shallow baking dish and bake 45 minutes in a 300\u00b0 oven.
    Crush 20 Ritz crackers and combine with 1/2 stick margarine.
    Sprinkle over casserole and return to oven for 15 minutes.
