Green Chile Burrors - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew meat
    3 beef cubes
    chopped onion
    salt and pepper
    1 large can green chiles and tomatoes with juice, chopped
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
Preparation
    Cook stew meat and beef cubes in crock-pot overnight.
    In morning, stir and add chopped onion, salt, pepper and green chiles and tomatoes; simmer all day.
    Add cumin; thicken slightly with cornstarch, if needed.
    Heat tortilla shells and place meat mixture in them and sprinkle with cheese in shell.
    Roll and put taco sauce over rolled shell.
