Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sifted flour
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Bring water, margarine and salt to boil. Remove from heat.
    Add flour all at once.
    Beat with wooden spoon until forms ball clean away from pan.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time until smooth (shiny and elastic looking).
    Drop by tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake until puffed and light brown, 25 to 40 minutes, depending on the size of dough (sounds hollow); don't peek before 25 minutes.
    Let cool completely.
    Cut lengthwise in half and fill.
