Fresh Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    3 eggs
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 medium apples, peeled and chopped
Preparation
    Combine oil, sugar and eggs.
    Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes.
    Add vanilla.
    Combine dry ingredients, flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Add to the first mixture.
    Fold in chopped pecans and apples.
    Bake in tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until cake is done.
