Taco Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg taco seasoning mix
    1/2 c flour
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 egg beaten
    1 tsp milk
    1 fryer chicken, cut up
Preparation
    In a 3 quart bowl, combine taco mix, flour, and salt.
    In 2 quart bowl, blend eggs and milk; dip chicken pieces in egg mixture.
    Place chicken in seasoned flour.
    Thoroughly coat chicken.
    Fry in hot oil or shortening for 20 to 28 minutes. Drain on paper towel.
