Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raisins
    2 c. water
    1 c. unsweetened applesauce
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
    3/4 c. oil
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook raisins in water until water is gone.
    Let cool.
    Mix eggs, liquid sweetener and oil.
    Combine dry ingredients; add to liquid mixture.
    Add raisins and vanilla.
    Pour into a greased and floured 8 x 8-inch pan or Bundt cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes or until tests done.
