Pineapple Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. bread cubes
2 c. chopped apples
1 (20 oz.) can drained crushed pineapple
1/2 c. margarine
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
cinnamon
brown sugar
3/4 c. walnuts (optional)
Preparation

Layer bread, nuts, apples and pineapple into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and milk.
Pour over bread and fruit.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
Great with ham.
