Baked English Omelette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2/3 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 green onion, thinly sliced
    3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Beat eggs with a wire whisk in bowl until smooth. Beat in milk. Stir in seasoning, Cheddar cheese, onion and bacon.
    Melt butter in a 9-inch frying pan/omelette pan.
    Pour egg mixture in pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until set and golden.
    Garnish with additional bacon, if desired. Serve immediately.
