Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. fine chopped onions
    1/2 c. fine chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    3 c. soft bread cubes
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    thick chops
Preparation
    Mix in bowl first 7 ingredients.
    Toss lightly until well mixed.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Stuff chops.
    Slowly brown on low heat on both sides 15 minutes total.
    Then bake, covered, about 1 1/4 hours or until tender.
